Our children and families have enjoyed our Easter crafts session which have taken place in The Hepworth Centre this week. Take a look at some of our hard work.  

Thank you to all our families for raising £192 by wearing red to school on Red Nose Day – well done.

This term, some of our year 5 and 6 pupils were invited to an Astrea Interschool Netball tournament in Sheffield. It was a fabulous day; the children showed great sportsmanship and worked incredibly hard as a team!

Over the Christmas holidays, some of our children came into school to take part in a sports camp. This camp was led by coaches from Kick On Academy. The children thoroughly enjoyed a week of different sporting and fun activities. We can’t wait for the next one!  

The children continue to have a great time at Thornbridge taking part in a variety of activities.

Thank you to all the children and families who attended the Christmas Fayre on Wednesday. We raised a grand total of £1310 which will go towards Christmas parties and other activities in school – well done and thank you.

As part of our topic on war, we have been learning all about different wars and their effects. We have spoken about how soldiers have helped our country and still do, to this day. Therefore, we held a craft workshop where parents were invited into school to create a Christmas …
