Burps, Bottoms and Bile

In celebration of the end of their theme work based on ‘Burps, Bottoms and Bile’, the children in Y4 had a fun day designing t-shirts displaying the digestive system, creating healthy snacks including fruit kebabs, smoothies and cereal bars and finishing with an exhausting boot camp on the school field!

The children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 recently took part in a dodge ball tournament between Townfield Primary and the Deaf School.The children played with enthusiasm and determination with the final contest being won by Kingfisher Primary.

Y1 Dinosaur Day

The children had a ‘roar-some’ day in Year 1 on Wednesday 8th February. They spent the morning working as paleontologists discovering hidden fossils and even creating their own fossils.They learnt lots of new facts and information about dinosaurs as part of their theme work.
